Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
